The Head of the General Affairs Division of the Office of International Affairs is appointed by the Director of OIA. The Head of the General Affairs Division is responsible for general affairs and finance matters within the OIA working units. The General Affairs Division has authorities and responsibilities that include: Managing the general and finance related affairs in UPNVJ as directed by the Director of OIA; Coordinate the implementation of general and financial functions of OIA; Coordinate with related parties in UPNVJ regarding the procurement of logistics for programs of OIA; Coordinate with related parties at UPNVJ regarding protocols for welcoming of international students, academic staffs, guests Etc.; Directing the workload of OIA's internal staffs; Directing the staffs under their supervision regarding the main tasks and functions of the General Affairs Division.
