The Director of the Office of International Affairs, appointed by Rector of UPNVJ through an official decree. Director has authorities and responsibilities that include: Responsible for the international affairs and global cooperation of UPNVJ; Leads the entirity of the organization structure of all staffs and Heads of The Sub-International Office; Establish the goals, programs, and the direction of the internationalization of UPNVJ; Response to the Rector's direction in regards to the international affairs and global cooperation of UPNVJ; Coordinate with Vice Chancellors for Academic Affairs, Vice Chancellors for General Affairs and Finance, and Vice Chancellors for Student Affairs and Cooperation regarding international programs and activities in the scope of University; Responsibe for the development of the networking and international cooperations between UPNVJ and all of its faculties with various universities and institutions abroad; Attend important meetings and coordination with various international parties in order to strengthen the network and exploring cooperation opportunities of UPNVJ; Manage the work load of divisions of the Office of International Affairs and evaluate the performance of all staffs and Heads of The Sub-International Office; Asses and evaluate the implementation programs of the Office of International Affairs; Direct the implementation of programs and other related matters carried out by all staffs and Heads of The Sub-International Office; Coordinate with Dean of the Faculties in regards to the appointment of the Heads of The Sub-International Office.
